Will my relationship management team or key contacts change?
No. The team that handles your accounts will remain the same, and their contact information will remain the same. The contact information for your team is available on your statement or you may call us at (866)447-2225.

Will my online access to my account information change?
No. You will continue to access your account information as you continue to do so today through the Sabal website or a bookmarked link. After 90 days, the Sabal website will redirect you to the Hancock Whitney website, where you can access your account information through one of the following drop down options:

Will this acquisition change how I work with you?
Beginning May, 5, 2025, you will see the transition of the Sabal Trust website, client portals, and other applications to the Hancock Whitney website. Later this year, all Sabal locations will be rebranded to Hancock Whitney, but the personalized care, expertise, and professionalism you've come to know and trust remains unchanged.

There will be no changes to the management of your investments. Of course, we will continue to monitor and react to market and economic conditions and adjust your portfolio accordingly.
